Returns & Exchanges

At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your loungewear or sleep accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Sleep Doctor garment tags are securely attached and the fabric is neatly folded.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
